Tuesday: Back to our ORIGINAL recipe! Beef Stroganoff - Ground Beef & sliced Mushrooms in a Burgundy Cream Sauce over Egg Noodles with a fresh Garden Salad & DID Buttermilk Ranch Dressing with yummy soft Dinner Rolls
Wednesday: Spinach Alfredo Ravioli Bake - Cheese filled Ravioli topped with our Italian Sausage, Spinach Alfredo Sauce and baked into a delicious Casserole with Cheddar and Mozzarella on top with Italian Steamed Broccoli and Garlic Breadsticks too
Thursday: "The House" Chicken - marinated chicken breasts, artichoke hearts & mushrooms baked in a white sauce with Steamed Rice (serve your chicken on a bed of rice -it's divine) and a Crisp Parmesan Salad (Crisp Greens, Roma Tomatoes, Hearts of Palm, Artichoke Hearts and Parmesan Cheese)
Monday, Sept 13: Lime Grilled Chicken with Texas Peach Salsa - this grilled chicken is marinated overnight in lime juice. Super tasty! It's still awfully hot outside; so let us do the grilling! Served with Steamed Rice and a Leaf Lettuce & Sweet Onion Salad with a Tangy Dressing
